Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that this property reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card for the security of the room. Credit card pre-authorisations will be returned immediately however your bank may take up to 10 days to process.

Please note that this property has a strict ‘No Party Policy’.

Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday to Friday – 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday – 8:00am-5:00pm.

Full payment is required upon check in. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 3 days, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, refunds and modifications are not available once guests have checked in. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in – A copy will be held on file until your departure.

You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. Please note that additional charges will apply if not requested at least 12 hours prior to arrival.
Parking is provided for 1 car only. Parking is not guaranteed for additional cars.

Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 7 nights or more. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

Early check-in may be available upon prior request. Late check out may be available subject to availability. After hours check in is not available without prior arrangement.
